HPP Equipment – Core Technology Advantages
- Stable & Low-Maintenance Operation: Built with internationally renowned guide rails, sensors, and imported high-strength steel components, the system can run continuously for over 300 hours without maintenance—industry-leading reliability that minimizes experimental interruptions.
- Precise Pressure Control: Siemens PLC and touchscreen interface ensure stable operation with accurate control of pressurization, holding, and pressure compensation, preventing experimental deviations.
- Accurate High-Pressure Measurement: High-pressure transducers provide direct measurement of the chamber pressure, delivering precise and reliable experimental data.
- High Efficiency & Reduced Operating Costs: Equipped with the latest high-pressure intensifier, offering stable performance, high flow, and low noise—achieving up to 10% higher efficiency compared to competitors. Combined with U.S. dynamic sealing components, it minimizes cylinder wear and reduces operating costs by 25%.
HPP System Workflow: 5 Steps to High-Pressure Processing
- Pressure Generation: High pressure is generated by an intensifier pump, typically operating in the range of 400–600 MPa (approximately 4000–6000 bar / 58,000–87,000 psi).
- Pressure Transmission: Pressure is transmitted to the product through a medium, usually water.
- Preparation Stage: The product is sealed in packaging and placed into the high-pressure vessel.
- Pressure Application: The pump raises the pressure inside the vessel, applying and holding pressure on the product for a specified time.
- Pressure Release: After processing, pressure is released in a controlled manner, completing the cycle.
